• Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right (UK & EU consumers)

This policy explains the return process only. Refund conditions are detailed separately in our Refund Policy.


2. 90-Day Risk-Free Return Guarantee

You may request a return within 90 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product is in reasonable condition

• It has not been intentionally damaged

• It has not been used beyond normal testing

• Proof of purchase is provided

This commercial guarantee is offered in addition to statutory rights.


3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Consumers)

Under applicable law:

• You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal

• You then have 14 additional days to return the goods

4. Mandatory Return Procedure

To ensure proper processing, you MUST follow these steps:

• Full name

• Reason for return

• Photos or video (if damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

If approved, we will provide:

• The correct return address

• Detailed shipping instructions

Important:
The return address may differ from the dispatch warehouse address.


Step 3 – Package the Product Securely

You must:

• Use secure packaging

• Include order reference

• Use a tracked shipping service

We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping.
We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking confirmation.


Step 4 – Send Tracking Confirmation

You must email us the tracking number after dispatch.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrect:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Customs duties and import charges are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Products
