9.1 Estimated international delivery timeframe: 5–10 working days.
9.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
9.3 Tracking details are provided where available.
9.4 Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
10.1 EU Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt.

10.3 Products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
10.4 Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
10.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless goods are faulty.
Article 11 – 90-Day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee
11.1 In addition to statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
11.2 Customers may request a refund within 90 days of delivery if not satisfied.
11.3 Items must be returned in reasonable condition.
11.4 This guarantee does not affect statutory consumer rights.
